What payment methods are accepted on this website?
Our website allows you to pay for your products using PayPal or Stripe. Paypal and Stripe accept most major credit and debit cards.
Product prices on our website can be viewed in GBP, USD or EUR. Select your preferred currency using the currency selection menu in the top left-hand corner of the page.
At checkout, PayPal will offer you the option of paying inGBP, our default currency, or paying with your local currency, provided it's a currency that they support.
How secure are my details on this website? Is my data protected?
Yes. This website is 100% secure.
We do not store your financial details because your payments are processed by our reputable 3rd party payment providers. Any other details we might hold, e.g. your account login details and your billing and shipping addresses are stored securely.

What happens after I've placed my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, after which your product(s) will be shipped by their respective vendors. Should you have any queries about your order, please contact your vendor(s) directly.
If your order is being fulfilled by Bare & Beyond, we'll aim to ship it out to you within 24 - 48 hrs.
What should I do if I'm not happy with my order and I want a refund?
We are not responsible for managing customer disputes for orders we do not fulfill. If you're not happy with your order, or you have queries about it or you'd like a refund, please contact your vendor(s) directly.

Products fulfilled by Bare & Beyond are shipped within the U.K., to mainland Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

How long will shipping take?
Products fulfilled by Bare & Beyond are subject to Royal Mail transit times. We aim to ship your product as soon as we receive your order, usually within 24 - 48 hours.
All other product transit times are dependent on the shipping methods offered by the relevant vendor.
Why am I getting a shipping error at checkout?
If you order products from several vendors, their individual shipping costs will be listed at checkout. If you get an error message underneath a particular vendor's shipping costs when you enter your shipping address (see example in coloured font below), it means the vendor has either, not set shipping rates for their market stall, or they do not ship to your location. Please contact the vendor for more information.
